## Overview

The Makermotor SWDPDT10A is a pre-wired, panel-mount toggle switch designed for 12V or 24V brushed DC motors. Featuring a durable metal build and a 10-amp rating, it offers ON-OFF-ON latch action with DPDT terminals to reverse motor polarity, enabling seamless forward and reverse control. Quick-connect bullet terminals simplify installation, making it an essential component for professional-grade motor control applications.

## Description

This is a latch switch that will stay at its selected rv/off/fw postion. This switch can be used for a 12v DC or a 24v DC brushed motor. The switch is a DPDT so it functions as a reverse polarity switch on the motor. By reversing polarity on a brushed 12/24v dc motor, the motor will reverse and forward accordingly. Center position of the switch is OFF. Wiring Instructions: Connect black male bullet connector to the negative terminal of your 12vdc or 24vdc power source. Connect red male bullet connector to the positive terminal of your 12vdc or 24vdc power source. Connect green female bullet and red female bullet connectors to your motor's two wire leads. The Makermotor forward/reverse toggle switch comes fully wired at the same or lower costs than more similar toggles alone. Plenty of wire length to work with unless your motor is a really long way from your control switch. Good for up to 10 amps and good bang for your buck.
