When testing I found that the cable did suffer slightly from emf noise as I suspect that there is a low quality or inadequate shielding around the audio channels and this would explain why the cable is so thin. For the price point, I would expect a better quality shielding on this specifically as it is an Amazon branded own product and other Amazon owned branded products I have had in the past. I have not had any issues with and I've always found it to be good quality but unfortunately that is not the case this time. For my intended use, I will keep hold of the cable.
