I brought this essence as my 4 year old son is going through the terrible fours. It has been taking me 3 to 4 hours to get him to sleep. But i found this sent our son to sleep during the day. So now we do drops in the afternoon and then just before bed. We have also reduced screen time down to 2 hours a day.
