What about left handers?** A: I never used it on a square cake, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Scratch that I never made a square cake so I don’t know, but I don’t see why it won’t work on one. Well I’m a lefty it works for me but don’t get me wrong I was frustrated at first until I took my time and figured it out. Now the the top knife will have to be moved up once you get to the amount of frosting you would want on to of your cake just remember that it’s made for a right handed person and us lefty’s will be using it the other way. The top knife is only made for right handed people you will get it some what smooth so move it up at some point because your ass will be frosting the top again talking about my sides a beautiful but the top is jacked up. So I suggest you just use a regular beach scraper on the top. Once you are done you will be so damn proud. The very first review and picture is my finish cake. Still mad at my family cutting and eating the cake. Lol **Q: I see must videos use ganache, how well does this work with buttercream?** A: I could never get it to work as well as the videos. However, I do use it on my buttercream to help with leveling the buttercream. Before I used this, I would always have a dip in the top of the cake, but this shows me where it is dipping and so I can make it more level. **Q: Is 8" round and 5" high the largest cake you can do with this?** A: HI, actually you can frost a cake up to 8" high (barrel cake) and any diameter across.
