Called supplier and he offered me $300 off Review: WORST Customer Service EVER...!! - The exhaust fan wouldn't turn off, so I called LG, then they sent a technician over and he said my electrical outlet wasn't grounded properly and that's why it wouldn't shut off. A week later the exhaust fan wouldn't shut off again. I called LG and have called them every day for two weeks with no resolution!! They keep saying a "Presidential Customer Care" person would call and then they started saying did you receive a call from them yesterday or the day before that?! Unbelievable, I'm on the phone right now and some lady is claiming she is working on my refund but I've been on hold for over 30 minutes!!
