I needed something to help carry groceries from the garage to the kitchen, and to use for laundry. It's extremely well made, and can easily carry heavy items.The wheels are heavy duty (better than a shopping cart), and move effortlessly across carpet and flooring. The basket is made of a thick, coated wire, and has a soft rubber "bumper" around the top. These wires will not easily bend or break. The top of the handle is wrapped in a soft, durable foam.Assembly, frankly, was a pain in the a**. Perhaps it was frustration with my own neuropathy, but it takes nimble fingers to attach the nut to the screw. A tiny wrench and Allen wrench are included. It's mostly an intuitive process, but sometimes you need a larger illustration for clarity. Written instructions were too brief. The hardest part was trying to figure out how to attach the handle (see photo above).Assembly took me about1-1/2 hours. (I kept thinking this would have been easier for me to do ten years ago!) Older people will need help, so be patient with yourself and others.Overall, this is the cart you want.
