Having suffered with RLS for a number of years, and due to the price, I was willing to give them a go. They are very well packaged with clear instructions for their use, care and maintenance and come with a gratis cleaning cloth. It is important that you follow the sizing instructions before ordering, they are adjustable but excessive closing or opening can put them out of shape. I only wear them at night and then only if I can feel the warning signs in my legs. They are fairly simple to slip onto the wrists, I find the best way to wear them is with the opening on the outside of each arm. Whilst in my case they don't markedly lessen the sensation in my legs they have reduced the involuntary movements on most nights, however I still get the occasional bad night but nowhere near as frequent as before. I have also now weaned myself totally off prescribed medication. I would suggest you see your GP before doing this. You may find that you have a greenish mark on each wrist when you remove the bands, this is easily removed with soap and water. I periodically clean the bracelets with the cloth provided then wash them in warm soapy water, finally rinsing and drying them. Whether its a placebo effect or not I am more than happy to recommend them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Halcyon bracelets *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 April 2017* It's early days but I have worn them for 7 nights and had the best sleep. I don't know how they work but they do. I have suffered from RLS for years with no relief and many night sitting up when everyone else is asleep.
