It is a white pigment, an opacifier and a sunscreen. Titanium dioxide is listed as a safe pigment, with no known adverse effects when used in cosmetics. This natural pigment is used as a whitener and opacifier in both Melt & Pour soap and Cold Process Soap. Insoluble in water. How to use: Mix the pigment and glycerin in bowl with a mixer. Then, pour the mixture into the melted soap base and keep the rest for your next batches. INCI name: CI77891 or Titanium dioxide
