I rated this 4 stars because it didn't satisfy all my expectations. The lavender scent is lovely. Very strong. The pillow itself would be best filled with rice in addition to lavender and flax. Flax seeds are quite light, and the lavender weighs the same as a feather. Meaning, the pillow doesn't ideally sink into the eye socket to provide the maximum comfort and relaxation. I unstitched the insert and added rice to increase the weight to achieve this. Also, the velcro seal on one end of the cover is very wide. Meaning, you can't place the pillow in the symmetric centre of the client (or self). It is also uncomfortable. I suggest adding a fold over section of fabric (just like a pillow case) so that you don't feel the discomfort of the velcro on the eyes, and to ensure the pillow can be placed in the centre.
