When installing the system, need to release/unlock or remove the steering wheel lock if there is. 2. The remote engine start function is only available for automatic transmission car. 3. To use remote engine start function on automatic transmission cars, need there is 3 locking pulses from your existed remote (key fob) when continue to press the lock button 3 times on it. If not, you are unable to use remote engine start function. 4. there is no remote/key fob in this kit, but it can work with your existed remote/key fob (such as factory key fob or aftermarket key fobs) 5.
