I've used Sriracha far more than any other sauce but at times it can be too much. This new sauce is REALLY GOOD. I REALLY like the mild flavor that mixes far better with food when heat is not the goal. It takes about twice as much sauce on each bite to equal the heat of the OG Huy Fong Sriracha which gives you a wider range of flavors. Too much Huy Fong and you just deal with the heat. With this sauce you can dial that heat vs flavor experience. This will by no means outright replace the Huy Fong bottles but there will now be a decision to make when reaching for the bottles. Negatives. (I always try to include at least one negative) If you are after that tingle heat you need to use twice as much. You can still get there but the bottle goes quicker and even then you won't hit the tingle lips phase. Can't recommend trying this sauce enough!!! It does not taste like the original but it does taste really good. It is a bit sweeter and doesn't have as much "kick" but it blends really well with pretty much everything I've put it on thus far.
