Review: A Very Good Ice Cream Maker - An excellent addition to the culinary collection. Have made two ice creams already (sweet corn and vanilla yoghurt) - both turned out well. The instructions could be more comprehensive, but so far I've figured everything out - it's not difficult. It takes up a bit of space, and it's heavy, so those are factors to consider if you have a small kitchen, but if you're looking for a good ice cream making machine, this fits the bill. Also, I chose it because it has a bit more power than some of the others on offer. It only takes 45-50 minutes to churn a batch of ice cream (the mix has to be cold).
