Deshi Ghati Masala originated from Kolhapur in Maharashtra and has greatly influenced the local cuisine Our Ghati Masala is an ideal blend of cumin seeds, stone flower, cloves, cinnamon sticks, coriander Seeds, red chilies, black pepper, anise star, onion, coconut and roasted peanuts. All our spices are made without using any added preservatives or additional colour. To break the monotony from the regular masalas, Ghati Masala is one of the most preferred one. While the preparation of masalas, the hygiene of the entire storeroom, is also maintained on a regular basis by our operators to ensure the safety of our customers. GW Khamkar Special Deshi Ghati Masala Stuffed eggplant Combine coconut, groundnut paste, sesame seeds, sweet masala and red chillies. Finely grind in a mixer if desired. Add grated jaggery in tamarind paste and mix well. Once the jaggery is dissolved, add it to the mixture. Add salt Eggplant should be washed and sliced ​​more than the mark, but should not be cut completely. Fill Saran eggplant. Set aside for a little saran gravy. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
