I have skied for over 40 years wearing glasses.This causes several potential problems:1 - wearing glasses under most goggles is either uncomfortable or the front corners of the spectacle frames press against the inside of the lens of the goggles and scratch them.2 - goggles designed to accommodate glasses are normally quite bulky and are more expensive than normal goggles.3 - even if you manage to find a glasses / goggles combination that works, making a minor adjustment means removing your gloves and thereby loads of fiddling around.These frames are a great idea, offering a far more flexible option than buying prescription goggles.They can be sent away with your prescription to have lenses fitted and can then be put in your goggles (there are loads of online companies that offer this at a fraction of the price of most opticians).The spring clips hold them in your goggles and are sufficient robust that they won't fall out.Depending on your level of shortsightedness, these are a real game changer.
