The firm is helpful and believe in their product. I started with taking two capsules but because of the severity of the pain I increase to six per day. I did notice a marked difference in the movements in my legs and a decrease in pain. I was supposed to have steroid injections in my knee but because of the improvement my doctor put it on hold until I see him in 10 weeks time. The only thing which concerns me about taking a high dosage is the sweet smell from your breath and it does linger. it is not unpleasant but I do not like it. I have reduced my capsules to two a day again. this now appears to work for me.
