They have been constantly improving, sometimes giving an unbelievable amount of cutting time. Just recently we noticed a production line fault where even sharpening the blade on a brick paver gives a massive amount of sparks and heat coming from the blade, truly incredible. The cutting performance was a fraction of the normal blade standard and the high temperature build up left the blade warped. This blip in build quality, although rare, has been concerning. It's like the sintered diamond particles are coated with the standard metal, causing all the sparks.
