Took me a little time to work out how to empty it, but an email to the service centre told me what I needed to know (Turn it anti clockwise).Transit packaging was a bit skimpy, it came in the retail pack with black plastic around it. Good job they put a 'fragile' sticker on it. Postman was careful so arrived without any damage.Quick delivery, so arrived in time for Christmas ### ⭐ Poor Quality *by F***A on 10 July 2013* Good service in that it arrived almost next day. However the item is very poor quality and the parts are not strong enough to work .... it does not build together properly and the round element simply will not stay on the hand held part - no matter which way one tries to attach it. It is in theory a good idea and would work if the quality of the parts was better. I would send it back but to be honest it was so cheap that it is not worth the effort and the postage to ensure it is tracked will cost almost as much as the device.
