Review: Small chunks and fast burning. - Its compressed sawdust, cut into very little chunks that burn very quickly. Might be ok if your smoking in a small unit but not as a fuel source as well. Personally I would stick to logs.
Review: Good smoke and flavour - I really like these. Using them in my Smokey Mountain, positioned just next to the burning coals, they catch and produce a light smoke for a good couple of hours. Really good flavour on the meat, again it's light but you can always add more if you want a stronger smoke flavour. For me, these are just right and easy to use.

I really like these. Using them in my Smokey Mountain, positioned just next to the burning coals, they catch and produce a light smoke for a good couple of hours. Really good flavour on the meat, again it's light but you can always add more if you want a stronger smoke flavour. For me, these are just right and easy to use.
