Review: Great sourdough container - Love my Cambro container. I use it for making Sourdough and its perfect. I love the measurement on the container that allows me to monitor the growth. It is perfect because the dough is easy to remove as it does not stick. It great for other uses such as storage of food. The hard plastic is easy to clean and is see through. However I have been able to get a full 25lb bag into this one container, it takes a bit of settling to get it all in there but I have been able to get 25lbs of flour into this one container. This container feels very durable, and the handles on the side make it easy to carry around, even when full. This unit is BIG; it is hard to tell the size just by looking at the pictures or the specifications. The best way I know to describe the size is by comparison, it is as tall as a kitchen aid mixer (5-quart model) and just as deep. If you were to make a square outline with the depth and height of the kitchen aid mixer it would closely match the overall size of this container.

**Q: Does this come with a lid?   I see they have the colored ones but I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy one separately.**
A: I had to buy the lids separately.  I am surprised that Amazon keeps asking me questions in regard to articles purchased. They should know the answer to the majority of the questions as they are the ones that sold me the articles - strange that!

**Q: Has anyone bought multiples?  Do they stack/nest together?**
A: Hi, yes they stack together perfectly. Same with the Rounds. :)

**Q: bpa free?**

**Q: Are these containers smooth with no ridges inside?  Hard to tell from the photos.**
A: Ours is smooth with ridges only on the outside, but honestly looking at the product photo I can't tell if this has ridges or not either... I'd say if it's the same exact model we got which it appears to be, no ridges

Love my Cambro container. I use it for making Sourdough and its perfect. I love the measurement on the container that allows me to monitor the growth. It is perfect because the dough is easy to remove as it does not stick. It great for other uses such as storage of food. The hard plastic is easy to clean and is see through. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for use with the Anova immersion circulator

I purchased 2 of these to use with the Anova immersion circulator. Some other reviews said they needed to modify these containers and I did not find that to be the case. The Anova connects perfectly and is very stable. Although I could see why some people cut their cambros for more stability, this is not the case and the immersion circulator will clamp on tightly with minimal movement. The lid actually helps support the Anova as well. I paired this container with the matching lid listed here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PMV79E/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_19 The lid fit perfectly and I used a dremel to cut the lid to fit around the Anova. The containers are clearly marked and very sturdy. The labels on them are super annoying but that is about the only thing I could say negatively about them. These containers would also be great for storing flour, sugar and other dry goods. If I had more pantry space, I would get 20 of these and not mess with smaller containers.
