The warmer works perfectly now and keeps my tea warm for hours. The only thing I noticed is that the bottom now seems to cave in a little. The bottom does not seems to be as flat as it was in the beginning. I have used a regular cup before and it doesn’t work at all for keeping the beverage hot. I do feel that I am now compelled to have to always buy an expensive cup with a flat bottom to be able to use my beverage warmer. I have checked with many other stores and they do not sell flat bottom cups.
