Please stop adding this ingredient to mental wellness supplements when it directly impacts the efficacy of antidepressants. SJW speeds up the way your body metabolizes antidepressants and can lead to a life threatening condition called serotonin syndrome. I cannot understand why this ingredient would be in any mental wellness supplements (should be a singular supplement you take if you choose to) - as I’m sure a very high number of people already taking antidepressants are likely the consumers of mental wellness supplements to *supplement* and support our bodies and brain health. Again, I love and trust this brand but formula needs to be reconsidered.
