Always can have a charge at the touch of the button. What put this case over the others on the market is that the battery case also has a lightning port so you can charge the case and your phone is just 1 cable and the SAME cable. Other battery cases I have seen you need a micro USB cable to charge the case. I ended up buying 4 of these and just swapped these out for a fresh new one when one dies.
