The logo is more of a silver than a white. It is a bit tricky to assemble, but if you follow the instructions on the VO blog it shouldn't take too long. Get a friend to help if needed.The seatpost is on the long side - it would be nice if VO would produce a 300mm version. I would recommend this seatpost to anyone whose bike is a bit too big for them (that's why I bought it). In my case it brought me maybe 2cm closer to the handlebars.Overall the design is unique, but doesn't draw too much attention to itself. It works well with my "modern classic" bike build ('92 Trek 2100 with modern aftermarket parts).I will update this review if anything catastrophic happens, but I don't expect I'll have to. It's just a seatpost after all. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Not a 0 Setback seatpost! *by J***W on Reviewed in the United States on April 13, 2018* I purchased this seatpost in order to move my new bike's saddle forward enough for a correct bike fit. The saddle rails did not extend far enough to the rear of my saddle to obtain the proper setback of the saddle, relative to the crank, on the standard seatpost that came with the bike. The setback on the Velo Orange seatpost varies according to the saddle tilt. With the saddle parallel to the ground the setback was 1cm. That did not allow the saddle to be shifted forward enough. My option then was to either purchase a saddle with rails that extended further back on the saddle or purchase another seatpost with a true 0 setback to obtain the saddle position that I wanted. Frustrating. The seatpost appear to be well made and finished.
