It fits nice and snuggly in the ear, as it's not designed to push far in the ear canal it will fit nicely in anyone's.This works via bluetooth and connected very easily with both my phone and my husbands.The music sound is really good, I was quite surprised with this as your only listening to it from the one ear, and my husband says it's very comfortable in the ear for a good few hours.Its really small - smaller than a 2 pence piece so if your not supposed to have your music on you could probably get away with this earpiece, just make sure the volumes not too high!!!There is a little button on the earpiece so if you are driving and you get a call you just need to press it to answer the call and press it again to end it.
