Review: Great product! - Bought this after I purchase the Small Rig Cage for my Sony RX 100 Vii and I have to say that he fitment is simply amazing. Very sturdy. I have installed a Rode Mic Shotgun and the Rode Wireless Go and it is simply fabulous.
Review: Works Great with Sony a6400 - I originally bought the smallrig 1661 for my Sony a6400. I immediately regretted it and returned it for the CCS2310 cage. This coldshoe Mount, along with the CCS2310 cage are amazing! I couldn’t imagine holding my camera without the pair. It not only makes my screen visible with the mic attached, but it acts like a little support when holding my camera to take photos. I highly recommend this with the Smallrig CCS2310 cage for the sony a6400 camera. I’m 6’2” with extremely large hands, and this makes it really comfortable.

**Q: does it work with rx 100 M7 cage?**
A: Hi,
Thank you for interesting in SmallRig. 
This item includes a 1/4’’ counter bore slot and a cold shoe. 1/4’’ counter bore slot could be mounted on the 1/4’’ threaded holes on the right side of Cage. Please make sure your cage features 1/4"" threads.
