We bought it 2 months ago, it's still ok. I believe it can be fine in an air thight container for long time, it probably could be good for years, as I had loose linden tea, which is similar in taste to olive leaves and I had it for years... hopefully this will help. **Q: How fresh are the leaves, are they completely dry?
