Installation is easy for me coz i have some experience and patience yes Need patience to install these protectors, dust..dust is very important to keep getting cleared almost 100 times but i got it done without any dust inside, good for me. It is not as hard as tempered glass and yet not as flimsy as plastic film. The fit is almost perfect (doesn't go all the way to the edges) on my Ipad Air 4 but provides good protection. It comes in very good packaging and has clear instructions on how to install it. If you follow the instructions as given, you should have no issues doing the installation without air bubbles. However, if you are into content creation or photography and quality of color is critical to you, I feel it produces a slight blue tinge and reduces brightness a little. I bought mine for working on photographs with my Ipad Air 4 and will be making necessary colour/light adjustments, if necessary, as opposed to ditching the product.
