The overall quality of the mug I received is very poor. The mug is not black, but a transparent brown-ish, it clearly shows the message I had them print on it. Which defeats its purpose. Not to mention the steep price, it cost me twice the price I paid for the other mug I purchased last year, also through Amazon. Also, the text is not even straight. The mug was supposed to be a present for someone dear to me, but I couldn't give her such a poor quality mug, so now it goes straight to the bin. Just to clarify, I have 2 similar mugs, bought in shop and online from a different seller: their quality is 10x better. What I'm trying to say is: I know this mug could have been much better quality.
