The description said mother of pearl while this is just a cheak thin large printed sticker layer with wood and mother of pearl reflective print designs on it which is than sealed in a transparent acrylic laquer. The problem is that because of strong abrasions on the side the white of the original printed sticker layer is laid bare (the laquere had been abrased. Also, there is no proper lock/mechanism to close the box safely, instead there are two small magnets on each inner side but these are way to weak to properly keep the shut box closed so any game stones or chess figures would just fall out. Overall, if this box had been done properly, it oculd have looked very pleasing but because of the very poor workmanship and an all too obvious lack of any end control in the manufacturing process I can only give it zero stars and asked for a full reimbursement - awaiting the dealer's reply. The item was apparently manufactured in Turkey, not in Marocco as I had though because of the typical beautiful marrocan style design (which turned out to be a chep paper thin layer of printed sticker paper coverd in acrylic laquer...). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect travel set *by R***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 September 2016* Perfect travel set.
