I was told by a song leader to get a c-c pitch pipe.** A: The Tombo is E to E. I believe the Kratt pipe comes in a C to C version, but I've had problems with their pipes, especially on the lower pitches. Good luck. **Q: which pitch pipe is better the e-e or a-a?** A: I think you mean the EE or FF. The FF is the traditional pitch pipe and the EE is the Tombo. The reviews I have read (and I agree) is that the Tombo is easier to use, tones much clearer. You just have to get used to reading where the sharps and flats are. A little different from the traditional pipe, but, I think, better. Hope this helps. **Q: Can replacement foil key signature sticker be purchased/obtained. Our group uses the pipes often and several are losing the printing due to use.** A: we have not found replacement stickers but make our own off the computer using labels. One pipe blower puts the key (sticker) on the extended outer "spokes" (hope that makes since). Others use different colored tiny rubber bands wrapped around the "spokes" to identify the keys. Some ladies use different colored nail polished to distinguish the keys. It has a nice finish and is easy to handle. The only thing I would say is that the note markings could be made a bit clearer. If you need to blow pitch in any hurry you really have to look closely at the markings.
