Prompt amazon delivery and I had it next day. Nicely packed, was really excited, but as started using it all my excitement slowly faded away.Remote is standard H9 nothing special. I have 4k 65inch smart tv and just wanted to extend it capabilities as apps you get there are a little limited or non existent. This box ticked all boxes specification wise, but it does not like its worked for me. I could not get 4k videos to play at all, only 1080p, even considering that resolution set was 4k. Menu sluggish and box freezes every so often, would not switch on after standby (no reaction to remote at all). Kids tried some games, but it takes longer to load than our 3 year old phones.... Even play store was slow.. gone over settings and changing hdr modes does no effect too. tried all sorts - factory resets (4 times), different apps, etc no joy..Got in touch with seller, but answer was might be faulty product, send it back, yeah send it back to china...? So no UK support?Luckily amazon 5star service solved my problem by taking it back.Maybe been unlucky, but I doubt this box is what it claims for? Firmware did not looked to be polished well either so not sure.It's shame that amazon gets flooded with these bugged products with no UK support as it creates more hassle to all of us.
