At one point I even developed a blister from the abrasion! After installing these upgraded cushions, I haven't had to worry about it again. **Q: is there a specific way to clean these cushions?**
A: To clean the leather earpads, you can use:
1. Clorox Disinfecting Wipes / Cottonelle (or any other brand) Baby wipes. Clorox wipes have been proved to both remove light smell and stains while keeping your ear pad color intact.
Also, please avoid using regular alcohol wipes because it will cause the color on your ear pad leather to come off.
2. Simple cleaning cloth (The ones you can find for cleaning sunglasses) - Simply to wipe off the ear pad after you have cleaned it with the Clorox wipe.

**Q: Are these compatible with Arctis nova pro wired?**
A: No, they are not compatible.

A: as long as the ear muffs are isolated and tight to your head you shouldnt have any noise bleed. However if you wear glasses it will always open up a little bit of the ear muff. Hope this helps ya.

Update: The company reached out to me and wanted to work out any issues I had. Issued a full refund, ( I didn't even ask for) I really appreciate that. I will take that and get another pair. See if mine was just a fluke. The build quality and comfort of these out of the box is amazing . I just wished the firmness lasted Me a little longer. I'll try another pair. Thank you wicked for going above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy. These are really great cushions, definitely helped with the pooly designed headset. But after about a month they lost the thickness and firmness they had and I can feel the noise canceling nubs on my ears again. They really do help with it though, just wished they lasted longer.
