Is it supposed to smoosh my cheeks?** A: I was so desperate for relief that I was prepared to pull as hard as I could stand but my husband it the voice of reason. He suggested easing into the higher tension. So I used it for 10 minutes twice a day for 2 days with just moderate tension.
