I have tried Pilates myself at home but was never sure if my techniques were exactly right. The subject is well explained in this dvd, and each stage demonstrated. I am pleased I got it as it really does help more than just reading it in a book. Worth getting if you are pretty new to Pilates. Delivery was very prompt and the product itself in excellent condition. When you do eventually get to the workouts, they are very short.
