It looks like a second hand . It has a tape on the upper side off the handle . It's a cheap choice but we could find a better one at this price.

You get what you play for and in this case your not paying a lot. Has a heavy feel to it and I didn't get in to a comfort zone playing with it. Replaced it and its now languishing as a 'in case I break my other' racket.
