The whole family love it. Just got back from a festival where it was king of the wagons! Comfortably the biggest I've seen, it nevertheless folds down to just the height of the wheels. Great padded handle which you'll be grateful for when pulling it over rough ground. Overall construction is robust and it is pleasingly straightforward to operate - it unfolds/folds like it's greased. Only slight niggle is that the wheels are hard plastic and hence rattly and noisy on stony ground - sounds like it's going to shake itself to pieces, but it didn't! A touch of rubber would have cushioned that nicely. Still, very happy to give it five stars - definitely worth the extra money over others. In order of easiness: tarmac/esplanade=very easy. Wet, flat sand=fairly easy. Deep, dry sand=hard. The latter sometimes takes two adults to get from the shoreline up to a dry area. The only minor thing it is missing are side pockets. I've seen some competitive products with those on and I'm slightly envious. Mind you, wherever I take it, I get people admiring it, especially kids saying to their dads: "That's what we need, dad!". Thankfull the trolley folds up for storage as it really is quite large. My wife purchased this to allow us to take all the grandchildren’s toys etc to the beach.
