**Q: Is the height 2.5in or 3 in?**
A: Its a brick bro, don't even buy it.

**Q: Where is it made?  i like the rogue mat, b/c it is "made in the usa".**
A: I don't know where it's made, but! If your asking that to know if it's durable...it is! I weigh 155lbs and do 200 sit ups everyday and it's still firm.

**Q: does this come with some examples of exercises that can be done with this?**
A: No there was not. But if you go to you-tube and type the name of the product there were a couple videos with different examples.

**Q: Is the width 15" or the length?**
A: the width is 15"
