Dot Girl does not provide refills: however the products included in the kit are easily found at stores. The feminine hygiene pads are size 1 which many brands sell at the local grocery or drug store. Disposable bags may also be found at some retailers however sandwich bags are also useful for disposing of used pads. Individual wrapped wipes are also sold in bulk at many drug stores. **Q: Are the pads organic?** A: The pads are not organic. **Q: Do all the products fit in thr bag?** A: I bought this for my niece, it was able to fit in her backpack and purse and "no boy" could see that it was a bag for pads. It could fit about everything it came with. I dont remeber if the book was able to fit. I could this 5 or 7 years ago. This kit is very nice, smallish, well-made, and includes supplies, a heating pad, hand wipes, Q&A booklet & a way track their first year. I can see her refilling the kit and carrying it in her backpack for years. The kit is roughly 5" dia. and 1 1/2" thick. At a recent sleepover, the girls compared the kit with the information in American Girl book.
