Even after buying the recommended screws I cannot get them to screw tight and they keep turning?** A: These are not screw fit raw plugs as some are, they are pushed into a pre drilled hole. They are for use on plasterboard such that the "ears" expand in the cavity to get a good fix behind the plasterboard when the screw is screwed in. If you are having issues with the plasplug turning, it likely that you have either drilled a too big hole (I believe a 7mm drill is recommended for these), the plasterboard is too thick such that the "ears" are not fully in the cavity when the plug is in place or the screws you are using are too big. Regards Ashey **Q: Are these strong enough for a curtain pole** A: I think they are storng for an average size, weight curtain pole **Q: Are screws included or not?** A: No, screws are not included. **Q: Can these work on brick?** A: No, it won't. They won't latch onto anything, you need expansion wall plugs (standard yellow / red / brown) for that as they get bigger when tightened gripping into the brick.
