Most of the belts I have worn are hot and very bulky. This belt is firm and cool with great support. It dries quickly after working in the 90 degree heat. It is thin enough to be worn beneath normal clothing with little discomfort. It is renewed with a gentle wash. This is a way better back brace than the one I bought locally. Oh, and, I just ordered 2 more so I can keep a clean one available at all times.
