I admit to being concerned, given the number of reviews mentioning cracked and broken mirrors received by customers but ours arrived in perfect condition. The frame is definitely metal (nice looking black matte metal) and has two very sturdy hooks pre-installed. Directions were ridiculous - printed on the outside of the box (3 lines and one was incorrect at that) but if you don't know how to install the included anchors and screws, a quick online tutorial will suffice. In total, probably 15 minutes from opening the box to having it up in our powder room.
