They offer everything but fail to deliver because of such small but crucial features.Firstly the good points..They look great, fitting to the wall was straightforward although they have a clip system that relies on the springiness of the thin metal mounting brackets to hold them in place and I found I had to bend them a bit to ensure then held firm.They provide pretty good heat output and I think going wider on the higher wattage values help distribute that but are electric so going to be close to any other electric heater.. Despite the claims of electric heaters being better than the rest they will all be nearly 100% efficient in energy terms and it's down to how well it can distribute that heat into the room.What's wrong...Connecting to the Wifi is a massive pain. It fails to connect for reasons totally unknown and there is no information as to why and the documentation provides little information related to this. I happen to have guest Wifi that isolates any devices on it and would like to put these on that because I don't like the idea that a heater has full access to my network via the internet but I suspect it requires devices to be able to see each other on the network to work, I'm just not sure because there is no information on any of this and now I have them working I don't want to touch them.If it helps they seemed to work better after leaving them switched on for a while before attempting to connect so it may be it takes them a little while to scan for local Wifi's.The thermometer reading is just nonsense... I have two and although they are consistent with each other they do not represent the temperature in the room even nearly accurately. They read at least 4 degrees C lower than the perfectly accurate digital thermometer placed close by them and I confirmed this with another one too.I nearly only gave them 2 stars for the above reasons but once you have them working and know not to trust the temperature they say it is they work OK.I'm a bit of a nerd so am tempted to open them up and see if I can hack the thermistor a bit to try to get a more accurate temperature reading. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy set up *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 22 March 2022* Got this to heat a garden room. Didn’t know what size I’d need so for the biggest one and it heats it in no time, and is probably overkill.Connects to the wifi in the house quite a way away, and the app works brilliantly to turn it in and off, and schedule the heating in there.Very handy to be able to control the heating out there remotely.I haven’t rated energy efficiency because I haven’t got a clue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good looking, easy to install and setup smart convection heater *by P***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 16 November 2021* We now have two of these ADAX Neo WiFi smart heaters. Well made and unobtrusive. A really nice installation touch is that the lid of the box is a template for drilling the holes for the bracket, brilliant idea I wish other manufacturers would adopt. When setting up for the first time with the mobile app you need to select the WiFi+Bluetooth option, the WiFi only option just doesn't work for the initial setup, this was the same for both radiators. Once set they are really to use both manually and remotely.
