**Q: Is it suitable for vegatarians?**
A: Yes I think it's fine for vegetarians, as it's only peppermint oil from the peppermint plant, in a glucose sugar base in tablet form.  It doesn't actually say in so many words on the packaging that it's suitable for vegetarians, but I can see nothing in the ingredients that would be objectionable to a vegetarian.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Is this suitable for vegans?**
A: obbekjaers peppermint, comes in capsules, and tablets form, I don't think the capsules form, which are in a gelantine capsule would be suitable, but I think the tablets would suit you.Jan

A: Yes, but they are very strong. I usually crunch mine up and then swallow them down with some water.
