I was 30' up and I do my best work when I'm tired. I inspected it for damage after the fall. It took a minute to straighten the back up after the fall. The waist fits a size 42 with a few layers of clothes, the legs can fit an elephant, I use the first or second hole depending on the season. I was using the retraca rebel 11' lanyard with it.
