I already bought a leather type but it added too much bulk and affected the ease of use with the Microsoft Type Cover, The seller contacted me after I had placed the order to advise me that the connector had to be allowed to bend. I replied to ask if they meant having to bend the rigid connector or just flexing the cord. I didn't want it if I had to bend the rigid connector. They replied they would cancel my order. Disappointed. Then the case arrived anyway, I could not be happier with this case. It has tapered grooves to guide the flexing of the cable so I don't understand what the seller was concerned about. I highly recommend this case. It is minimal yet sturdy providing the protection I desired while maintaining the Surface Pro 9's appearance.
