**Q: how large of a thigh will this fit?**
A: this will fit up to a 59cm calf

**Q: Whats the smallest thigh it'll fit?**
A: It should fit just about any thigh.  I have a large cyclist thigh and it fits.  The straps are Velcro so adjustment is easy.

**Q: would it help with night cramps.**
A: I'm not sure but cramps could also be a sign of dehydration or some sort of agitation of the sciatic nerve in the lower back. Consider I nquiring about stim' and chiropractic adjustment treatment with a physiotherapist and ask if this hamstring support would help you.

**Q: Can this be used comfortably for support during a run?**
A: Yes, I have used it often for running and have had no ill effects.
