Positives are the colors are really pretty and the bands are cute which makes exercising more fun in my opinion. But unfortunately the praise stops there. I began using these and the bands resistance level isn’t much different between the three bands. Also compared to a previous set of bands I bought the highest resistance of these is something like the low to medium resistance of those. Also they do not feel like they will have the stretching longevity that the previous set I bought did.
