**Q: Ok for both 15mm polybutylene barrier pipe and 40mm shower waste piping?**
A: Be confident. 
I have used this cutter on 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm plastic and nylon pipe.
I also found that a GOOD knife steel can be used to sharpen the blade, several times.
Keep it sharp and you will notice how good it is.
I've also used it to TRIM as little as 8-10mm off the length.

**Q: How to make a straight cut?**
A: Control the cutting strength, the material, size, thickness of the pipe and the distance between the cutter and the pipe, and you will find that it is very easy to cut, and the cut is straight and clean!

**Q: Can this cutting pipe be used to trim garden branches?**
A: Not, it is usually used to cut most plastic pipes, such as PVC pipes, PEX pipes, PP pipes, etc.

**Q: Will this cut 1-1/2 PVC pipe?**
A: As described it can cut up to 42mm outer diameter pipe, you need to specify the outer diameter of the pipe.

Good set of plastic pipe shears. Very sharp and gives a clean cut. Took a fair bit of stick while redoing bathroom plumbing on 15mm Speedfit and standard waste pipe. Worth the money.

Delivered to the wrong address eventualy found it albeit three days late. We used it to cut very thick sunflower stems they worked realy well but to release the blades was a pain a one off cut they would be good
