How long can the formula stay in the jug before it needs to be disposed of? Thanks** A: That all depends, most formulas don’t recommend making bottles in advance and there is little guidance online so it becomes a preference thing. Personally, I will make the formula up and pour into the bottles - I leave the bottles to cool for no more than 15-30 mins (this has usually cooled it right down) before placing the teet and lid on and putting in the fridge. I make bottles at approx 7am for the day with a last feed at 7pm. I would recommend washing the mixer immediately when done as leaving it to wash when you do your pots can leave a white film on which can be smelly and hard to wash off. I learnt the hard way on a hot summers day 🫣 **Q: How does this work as i was under the impression formula only lasted 2 hours after mixing ?? Could i be using this and making my life ALOT easier ?** A: If you to the fridge method e.g.make it fresh every morning and put it in the the bottles and place in the fridge (back side) and warm up before feeding. I also discovered he had a milk allergy. The Dr prescribed appropriate dairy-free milk for him. So I needed a mixing jug for his milk.
