I use it more topically since I tend to get oral thrush frequently, first caused by chemotherapy & now often mild versions caused by asthma medicines such as Advair. So, while I have the 150 mg tabs of Fluconazole if I get full blown candidiasis, when I get small lesions of thrush caused by my medicines, I simply apply it on the oral lesions and it gets rid of them. Someone in one of the other reviews explained you can take full doses using the spoon included, but I never need this much.
